We are seeking highly motivated MBA freshers with an engineering background (preferred) to join our team as Oracle Fusion Financials Consultants. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials applications for our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ business requirements.

• Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze their financial processes and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct system testing to ensure the configured modules function correctly and meet business requirements.
• Assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase and post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, functionalities, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

• A fresh MBA graduate with a specialization in finance or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or any other technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, processes, and systems will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience or knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials will be a plus, but not mandatory.

• This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad. Candidates must be willing to work at client locations, as required.
• Travel to client sites within India and potentially internationally may be required once you gain relevant experience.
• Training and mentorship will be provided to help you build your expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
