Position Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated MBA freshers with an engineering background (preferred) to join our team as Oracle Fusion Financials Consultants. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials applications for our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze their financial processes and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, functionalities, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Drive the Testing, Data Migration, and Customer support for the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• MBA Finance Freshers or CA (Final) Freshers or CA Inter with few years of work experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Projects (Must).
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ STEM (preferred)

Skills :

• Strong accounting principles/fundamentals of accounting & finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

• Passionate to build a career in IT industry to help customers to implement & automate Financials processes.

Experience:

• Freshers/ Any prior industry experience is a plus.
