Responsibilities:

As an Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials for our clients.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and providing expert advice on Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
• Designing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Fusion Financials modules to align with client needs.
• Leading a team of consultants and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and customer meetings both onsite and remotely.
• Leveraging your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials to enhance and integrate financial solutions.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• An MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), or B.Tech with a strong financial background.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations and solutions.
• Proven experience in leading and executing 5-6 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• In-depth expertise in 3-4 Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Previous experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel onsite for customer meetings and workshops as required.
