Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated MBA freshers with an engineering background (preferred)/ M.Com/ CAs, to join our team as a Jr Functional Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financial applications for our clients.

• Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to analyse their financial processes and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct system testing to ensure the configured modules function correctly and meet business requirements.

Specific Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, processes, and systems will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business Management & Administration (Finance or related streams) with Engineering Background
• Master’s in Commerce (Finance or related streams) (or) Chartered Accountant (semi-qualified and above)

Experience:

• A fresh MBA / M Com / CA graduate with a specialization in finance or a related field.
• Prior experience or knowledge of Oracle Financials will be a plus, but not mandatory.
